My husband had a vasectomy and they burned the ends. He went back and is sperm count is 0. What is my chances and how could I become pregnant one last time? I also have a history of endometriosis.
Dr. Edward KarpmanThe chances of getting a woman pregnant after a vasectomy when the sperm count has been confirmed to be zero is just about zero, without some type of intervention. Vasectomy reversal would be the most cost-effective way regardless of how the vasectomy was performed. Sperm retrieval with IVF/ICSI is another alternative, but will be significantly more expensive. Both approaches can be successful for getting pregnant after a vasectomy.
